The line was so long, we "Skipped the line; Order on-line" (like the sign said)... We stepped out of line & asked the pretzel maker: "How will you notify us that our pretzels are ready?" She replied: "We're too busy to take on-line orders, so we cancelled your order and you'll get a refund"!?. Makes no sense at all!?. I suggested she take down the 3 or 4 signs and she said: "No, we take on-line orders when it's SLOW"!?. What???? Not only did the CREDIT not appear on my credit card... They charged me TWICE!!! I had to file a dispute w/ my Credit Card Co. on the first charge and a "Fraud Claim" on the 2nd charge (once it posts). What a scam!!!???
