They talk to you VERY rude ! I had just gotten a fresh manicure and the next 2 days , I looked at my hand and the tip of my thumb nail was broken off ! I had not been handling anything for my nail to have broken so easily ! When I came back I told him “ hey I was just here , as you can see my nails are freshly done and one has already broken off & I have no idea why “ he told me it would be $5 extra to get fixed . I did not argue , instead I trusted the tech to fix my nail . The tech did a HORRIBLE job ! Both thumbs look totally different! One is wider and bulky, while the other is thin ! TODAY , I happen to look at my hand and the nail on my middle finger is broken ! This is Just ONE DAY after getting my thumb nail fixed ! I called to talk to the owner about the issue and he told me “ it must be something you did because we do not get complaints like this” instead of just asking me to come by so that he can see the reason for my nails breaking & fixing my nail !! Now I see WHY this business only has TWO STARS !!
