The store itself is pretty awesome. Well lit, spacious and has a game area towards the rear of the store. The Back issue selection is extremely well done. Additionally they have a nice selection of silver age items. I'm in Orlando with my family on vacation. It's my birthday. I am seriously looking to spend $$$ on comics I need to complete my 20k collection. There were several Avengers and Amazing Spider-Man issues (all under #100) that I would have bought. There is an especially nice Avengers #71 that I was considering to buy. But I put them all back and left with a few misc issues to my collection Where I was disappointed was in the customer service. Joan was quick to answer what she believed to be my questions but instead put words in my mouth without waiting on me to finish my question. Rickey was equally ready to blame my bank and credit card for failing to be read by their system, when I've used this CC multiple times on this vacation with no issues. I realize this is ticky tacky but the whole experience with Coliseum of Comics in Kissimmee has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
