Awful experience at Kate Spade outlet. Their way of handling this shopping experience will spread the virus in no time. They want you to practically stick your face on their windows to look for whatever and she brings out the item. I order to see anything you have to almost touch the window because of the sun reflection. So immagine all the people touching with their hands and faces the glass window! Not once I saw the salespersons coming out yo clean the windows. The salesperson was not wearing the mask on her face, it was hanging under her chin. She took my credit card inside the store and even signed my name! How is that ok?!?! I am afraid to look at my bank statement! I just couldn’t believe it when she came out already with my purchase and the receipt!
