Worse customer service ever. I was upfront about shopping for frames, and not buying today, but told the man that my husband was ready to buy, and I'd bring him in later. He allowed me to try one pair on, but when I asked for another, he said no, since I wasn't buying, and he had to sanitize them. I have shopped and owned Maui Jim's for 15 years. Never have I not been allowed to try on as many as I'd like. I walked out letting him know that I would not be bringing my husband back. FYI, I was the Only one in the store, at the time. This is the store in the outlet center, near Hillo Hattis. The store on Front street was wonderful!
