My 17 year old daughter took my 13 years old shopping with her own money. She bought an item listed at $34.99 and was charged $42.39 after the employee ran her card. When questioned why it was more the employee told her that that was the price even though she showed him the price tag. When she got home she told us about it and we made 3 calls to both locations and never got a call back. We went to the store to speak with the owner. He was immediately aggressive and rude. Refusing to help and demanded we leave his store. He called the police. We asked that he reprint the receipt (as she didn’t get one after my older daughter questioned the employee) to show us the no return policy. He refused and told us he had no way to reprint it. A few minutes later he reprinted the receipt and because of covid the receipt prints toward the customer. I looked at it and saw the last 4 digits of my daughters debit card. I asked the owner several times to show me the recipe he just printed and he refused and ripped in up in my face saying “I guess you’ll never see this!” Seriously! A grown man. A business owner. I told him I too am a business owner, have the same POS machine and could show him how to reprint the transaction. That’s when he threw us out of the store and had us and our children criminally trespassed. He asked the head of mall security to criminally trespass us from the mall and they refused stating there was no reason to do so all while raising his voice over and over. Once Cobb Co police got there and began to ask us our side of the story he kept trying to come out of his store and interrupt the officers. The officers asked to see the receipt he printed and tore up and he refused to show them the receipt as well.
Proudly over price their items and sell stolen artwork. If you leave a bad review they track you down and insult you. Ultra classy
I wish they had a No Star option on here. This business just needs to be shut down. They sell stolen artwork, the prices are ridiculous for about 99% of their merchandise (which is most likely stolen as well anyway), and the owner is a complete my unprofessional shmuck that harasses people online if they leave a negative review.
