Terrible customer service. My friendTerrible service. Terrible Experience. My three friends and I went into the store looking for prom dresses and as soon as we walked in we were being followed and watched. Almost immediately an associate went up to us and kicked us out because we were not all 18. We were the only people in the store. The lady specifically said "18 not 17. Come back with your parents." Mind you I am 18 and my friends are about to turn 18, not that it should matter. None of the stores we have gone to, even the higher end ones, have every done that before. I have never heard of a dress store, with prom dresses, having an age requirement to shop. Ever. Felt completely disrespected, profiled, and I do not appreciate being treated like a child. Will never shop here again. Completely rude staff.
