I made an online order (which Ive never done with Torrid) to be delived to the Arundel Mills store, after a few weeks I called just to see if my order had arrived. I was informed that it did not. So I waited exactly one week and called back only to find out that it had been sitting there for a week and no ever notified me by phone email etc., and on top of that I had a deadline to pick it up or it would be shipped back. This overall was a bad experience.
